Her passion for helping others learn to nourish their body, began with her own health issues. Through this experience, she discovered that making small tweaks to your lifestyle can have a huge impact on your health.

As a new mum this passion has magnified, as what our little ones eat can set up their development for the rest of their life. As a result her wee one has become quite a fan of homemade paté, amongst other nutrient-packed goodies!

A self-confessed health nerd, Jess is always trawling research and health literature, adding to her ten plus year’s of experience. She believes each person is different and has unique needs, so customises each plan to your individual goals and lifestyle.
